ELCS is a single-building public school district of 275 students K-12. Our administrative staff consists of a Superintendent/Principal and Director of Student Services. We employ 30 teaching faculty (including the 2010 NYS Art Educator of the Year) and 11 instructional support staff. We have many opportunities for current and aspiring students described on our web page. Elizabethtown-Lewis Central School is located in the Adirondack Park, within the community of Elizabethtown, New York - the County Seat of Essex County. The entire region consists of unique, rural communities, exceptional hunting/recreational areas and the always outstanding beauty of the Adirondack Mountains.
